Coordinate pickup and delivery of executed $1,750 per <br /> Closing documents to title and track file through all stages of escrow to ensure homebuyer <br /> conforming loan is secured and a timely close of escrow. <br /> Process and review appeals from disqualified applicants to determine if <br /> Resale Appeals they meet eligibility requirements as set forth in the Program Hourly Rates <br /> Guidelines. Prepare a final determination packet for City review and <br /> approval. <br /> IIS <br /> Answer questions and provide information on acceptable first loan <br /> products for a refinance, required documentation needed and timeline <br /> expectations for lenders and owners. Coordinate with Title Company <br /> Process Refinances of and first lender for access to preliminary title report and loan terms in <br /> BMR Homes(a) order to review and confirm that the refinance meets the program's $850 per file <br /> guidelines. Prepare Escrow Instructions, Subordination Agreement, and <br /> all other required City documents and route for signatures. Follow up <br /> with Title on close of escrow, and status of City's receipt of copies of <br /> recorded documents. <br /> Collect all required documents from the applicant. Screen documents <br /> Process Applications for and information provided for income and program eligibility. Provide $850 per DPA <br /> DPA Loans income calculator, detailed checklist and recommendation for approval applicant <br /> or denial with the complete file to the City. <br /> Coordinate collection of required information from escrow and lender <br /> needed to complete City documents including restrictions, notes, DOTs <br /> Doc Prep& Closing for and escrow instructions.TRID? Compare aggregated data to $15 per <br /> Report publicly available demographics information for the City of Pleasanton household <br /> to determine whether the program applicants and participants reflect <br /> the demographics of the City and that all residents have fair and equal <br /> access to affordable housing. <br /> Additional Services Upon City Request <br /> Optional Costs <br /> Schedule venue, advertise through e-mail blast to dedicated leads, and $1,000 per <br /> City-Specific Workshops in up to three local newspapers to invite prospective attendees.
