4. The permitted uses on the subject property shall be as follows: A. Administrative headquarters and executive offices; B. Analytical and research service offices, not involving the manufacture, fabrication, procession, or sale of products on the premises; C. Business service offices, including employment agencies, accountants, notaries, stenographic, addressing, computing, and related services; D. Consulting and professional service offices; E. Charitable institution offices; F. Design professional offices, not including retail sales; G. Engineering offices; H. Financial institutions, including banks, saving and loan associations, and related services; I. Insurance offices; J. Investment service offices; K. Legal service offices; L. Public and private business and administration offices; M. Real estate and title company offices; and N. Travel agencies. Medical and dental offices (including chiropractors, optometrists, physicians and similar professions) shall not be permitted. Building Design The stucco texture on the building shall have a hand troweled "Monterey" or "California" fmish, as shown in Exhibit P. A sample of the stucco texture shall be provided to the Planning Depadment, prior to the issuance of a building permit. The sample shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. The primary building color shall be a tan color. The window and door trim shall be dark brown. Prior to the issuance of the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall write all proposed primary and trim colors on the plans and shall provide a sample of the proposed colors to the Planning Director.
