4. The permitted uses on the subject property shall be as follows: <br /> <br />A. Administrative headquarters and executive offices; <br />B. Analytical and research service offices, not involving the <br /> manufacture, fabrication, procession, or sale of products on the <br /> premises; <br />C. Business service offices, including employment agencies, <br /> accountants, notaries, stenographic, addressing, computing, and <br /> related services; <br />D. Consulting and professional service offices; <br />E. Charitable institution offices; <br />F. Design professional offices, not including retail sales; <br />G. Engineering offices; <br />H. Financial institutions, including banks, saving and loan <br /> associations, and related services; <br />I. Insurance offices; <br /> J. Investment service offices; <br /> K. Legal service offices; <br />L. Public and private business and administration offices; <br />M. Real estate and title company offices; and <br />N. Travel agencies. <br /> <br />Medical and dental offices (including chiropractors, optometrists, <br />physicians and similar professions) shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />Building Design <br /> <br />The stucco texture on the building shall have a hand troweled "Monterey" <br />or "California" fmish, as shown in Exhibit P. A sample of the stucco <br />texture shall be provided to the Planning Depadment, prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. The sample shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />The primary building color shall be a tan color. The window and door trim <br />shall be dark brown. Prior to the issuance of the issuance of a building <br />permit, the applicant shall write all proposed primary and trim colors on the <br />plans and shall provide a sample of the proposed colors to the Planning <br />Director.
