The preschool <br /> would have up to 120 children between 18 months and five-years-old and operate year-round. <br /> The proposed layout of the preschool is shown on sheet A1.2 of the attached Exhibit B. Each <br /> of the components of the proposed operation is outlined in the applicant's narrative (also in <br /> Exhibit B) and summarized in the "Preschool Operations" section of this report. Figure 3 <br /> summarizes the preschool schedule. <br /> Preschool Operations <br /> The proposed preschool would operate within the approximately 7,456-square-foot first floor <br /> with only the preschool staff/administrators utilizing the 7,000-square-foot second floor for <br /> office space.
