33. The applicant shall contact Building and Safety Division to ensure the Menorah is <br /> securely installed. If a building permit is required, it shall be applied for within 30 days of <br /> the effective date of any approval(s). <br /> 34. Any new or replacement rooftop HVACs need to be screened. <br /> 35. Any shade structures at the playground, if proposed in the future, may require design <br /> review approval prior to installation. <br /> 36. The site plan shall be revised to include a separate trash enclosure that is adequately <br /> sized to meet all trash and mandatory recycling requirements. A trash enclosure shared <br /> between St. Clare's and Chabad is also allowed under this condition, provided that <br /> agreement can be reached between the two parties on its construction, maintenance <br /> and use as demonstrated through a signed agreement; and that the trash enclosure <br /> design would meet applicable standards. Design of a separate or shared enclosure <br /> shall be subject to review and approval by the Community Development Director. <br /> 37. This conditional use permit approval shall lapse and become void if the use is <br /> abandoned or discontinued for a period of one year or more as provided in Municipal <br /> Code §18.124.100, as amended. <br /> Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department <br /> 38. The plans submitted for issuance of building permit shall be reviewed and approved by <br /> the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department to ensure conformance to the Fire Code. <br /> 39. The existing building shall conform to the Educational Occupancy requirements of the <br /> 2010 California Building and Fire Code, NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code and the City <br /> of Pleasanton Ordinance 2015. The applicant shall install an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system and modify/upgrade the existing fire alarm system to meet these requirements. <br /> Plans and specifications for the installation of the automatic fire sprinkler system and <br /> the modification/upgrading of the existing fire alarm system, including water flow and <br /> valve tamper, shall be submitted to the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department for <br /> review and approval prior to installation. All required inspections and witnessing of tests <br /> shall be completed prior to final inspection and occupancy by the preschool. <br /> 40. Portable fire extinguisher(s) shall be provided and installed in accordance with the 2007 <br /> California Fire Code and Fire Code Standard #10-1. Minimum approved size for all <br /> portable fire extinguishers shall be 2A 10B:C. <br /> Engineering Department <br /> 41. Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall submit a completed and signed Stormwater Requirement <br /> Checklist to the Director of Engineering/City Engineer for review and acceptance <br /> concurrently with the first plan check of improvement plans and construct the <br /> improvements in compliance with the accepted checklist.
