There are two areas within the mall complex that include housing opportunity sites rezoned to

<br /> to the subject site as shown in Figure 2. Peripheral properties located between Stoneridge Mall
<br /> Road and 1-580, 1-680, Stoneridge Drive, and Foothill Road are developed with a variety of
<br /> office, hotel, medical, restaurant, and retail uses and are generally built-out.
