The <br /> February 27, 2019, agenda report and minutes are included as Exhibit C for reference. <br /> Since the workshop, the applicant has worked with staff on plan revisions to address the <br /> Planning Commission's comments. The applicant has revised the plans to incorporate <br /> additional architectural details and glazing/fenestration into the fitness building design. In <br /> addition, the applicant has reconfigured the parking area directly in front of the fitness facility to <br /> provide easier access and circulation as well as greater pedestrian connectivity. Lastly, the <br /> applicant has submitted a comprehensive traffic and parking analysis which has been included <br /> in Exhibit B and discussed further in the Analysis section. <br /> AREA AND SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The entire shopping center is located on an oval-shaped site, comprising several individual <br /> parcels, defined entirely by Stoneridge Mall Road.
