<br /> As shown in Table 1, there would be a maximum of 30 truck drivers, 30 warehouse workers
<br /> and 20 office workers:
<br /> • Truck drivers would make deliveries starting between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.; drivers
<br /> will generally return to the subject site in the late morning to early afternoon, but no later
<br /> than 5:00 p.m. (delivery location/delivery time dependent). In some instances, truck
<br /> drivers could make a second delivery in the same day, departing in the late evening and
<br /> returning in the early morning.
<br /> • Warehouse workers would work during one of two shifts daily either from midnight to
<br /> 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Warehouse workers would be responsible for
<br /> receiving product delivery, organizing inventory, loading delivery trucks, et cetera.
<br /> • Office workers would work on-site daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and would be
<br /> responsible for clerical and logistical operations for the proposed use.
<br /> The proposed use would utilize and store on-site after hours a maximum of 30, 16-foot-long,
<br /> light-duty box trailer trucks. These vehicles would be loaded on-site and used for deliveries on
<br /> a daily basis. Upon return to the subject site, these vehicles would be parked and stored
<br /> on-site in one of the designated truck loading or parking spaces as shown on Exhibit B. In
<br /> addition to these vehicles, a maximum of five (daily), 53-foot-long, tractor trailer trucks would
<br /> make inventory deliveries to the subject site; however, these vehicles would not park or be
<br /> stored on-site overnight. Please see Exhibit B for photos and size specifications of each
<br /> vehicle type anticipated for the proposed use.
