The Planning Commission may approve, approve <br /> with conditions, or deny the application. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Application Background <br /> The subject lot at 4112 Foothill Road is located within the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay <br /> District (WFRCOD).
