Mr.Nelson Fialho/Dr.David Haglund Page 15 <br /> Preliminary Issues Assessment of Potential Colocation of Maintenance Facilities <br /> At full staff,47 employees work at the District site in the maintenance and support <br /> operations.Based on the District's data submittals, it is assumed the District is proposing to <br /> relocate these personnel to the City's Operations Services Center site. <br /> The District currently has a maintenance building for storage,metal work and <br /> woodworking and an office building for transportation and Kid's Club staff with a three- <br /> bay garage for vehicle maintenance and bus storage.A third building,used for support <br /> operations,includes purchasing, mail room, graphics shop,data processing and a computer <br /> lab.In addition, there is an outdoor storage area with eight shipping containers and an <br /> employee parking area. <br /> Based on the data provided by the School District, the three buildings on the School District <br /> site are used for administrative,maintenance, storage or for combined purposes.Table 5 <br /> shows specific uses of the three District buildings. <br /> Table 5. City employees arriving and leaving work add to the site <br /> activity. <br /> Pleasanton Unified School District <br /> The School District estimates that a minimum of 65 deliveries are made to the site each <br /> week.Parents of school-age children visit the site to submit transportation forms and Kids <br /> Club supervisors visit the site for meeting and training. District employees arriving and <br /> leaving during the work day add to the site activity. <br />
