It has three <br /> buildings, a storage area, 37 parking spaces for vehicles, and an employee parking area on <br /> its existing site. The three buildings have an estimated total of 39,076 square feet.This total <br /> does not include square footage estimates for the mezzanine storage and outside auto <br /> service bay located in the maintenance office, outside storage for the maintenance shops or <br /> the walk-in freezer space in the Educational Support Facilities building. Square footage <br /> estimates for these structures were not provided. <br />
