It has three buildings, a storage area, 37 parking spaces for vehicles, and an employee parking area on its existing site. The three buildings have an estimated total of 39,076 square feet.This total does not include square footage estimates for the mezzanine storage and outside auto service bay located in the maintenance office, outside storage for the maintenance shops or the walk-in freezer space in the Educational Support Facilities building. Square footage estimates for these structures were not provided.
