Description of Current Sites and Uses on Each Site <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> The City's Operations Services Center site located at 3333 Busch Road is approximately 16 <br /> acres.There are 21 buildings in use on the site with an estimated total of 103,282 square feet. <br /> This estimate does not include the 14,760 square foot gun range located on this site. <br /> The property across the street to the east is expected to be developed. No estimated <br /> timeframe for that development has been provided. <br /> The site is currently shared by the Operations Services Department,Police Department and <br /> Livermore/Pleasanton Fire District. The number of employees working onsite range from an <br /> estimated 123 to 172 per day. <br /> • The administrative operations for the Operations Services Department has utility <br /> billing, water lab and dog licensing functions at this site,both of which serve the <br /> public. The Parks Division has storage space, a waste area, a large mulch area, a <br /> place to store its vehicles, and a chemical building.The sign shop has work space, its <br /> sign inventory, and vehicle/equipment storage.A portion of the sewer building is <br /> used for storage.The remainder of the building houses a welding room,woodshop, <br /> and supplies and equipment storage. The water and sewer operation has a room for <br /> its supervisory control and data acquisition system(SCADA),office space, maps <br /> storage,and space for vehicle storage and repair.There is also a welding area and <br /> woodshop. <br /> • The Police Department uses the property for classroom space,property and evidence <br /> storage and the gun range. <br /> • The Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department uses the site for its training tower, <br /> classrooms and offices, and storage. <br /> • In addition, there is an area for fleet operation mechanics, a building maintenance <br /> area,fuel island,car wash,employee and visitor parking and an area set aside for <br /> street sweeping waste. A separate materials storage area,referred to as the <br /> "boneyard" is used by operations staff and traffic engineering.A wireless cell tower, <br /> generator and water well are also on site. <br /> Based on the data provided by the city, the buildings on this site are used for administrative, <br /> maintenance and operations, storage or for combined purposes. Table 4 shows specific uses <br /> of the 21 city buildings. <br />
