Inventory of Land for <br /> Residential Development. <br /> Chapter 375, Statutes of 2017 <br /> This measure, among other things, revises the inventory of land suitable for residential <br /> development identified in a city's housing element to include vacant sites and sites that <br /> have "realistic and demonstrated potential" for redevelopment to meet a portion of the <br /> locality's housing need for a designated income level. <br /> 5 <br />
