8. Building and Grounds Maintenance. All structures and site improvements within Hacienda shall <br /> be maintained at all times in good condition and in conformance with approved plans. <br /> 9. Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance. All landscaping and lighting within the Common Area, <br /> as defined by the CC&R's, shall be maintained by the Hacienda Owners Association or a <br /> maintenance district acceptable to the City. <br /> 10. Uses. Permitted and conditionally permitted uses on each site in the project shall be governed <br /> by the Permitted Uses Within Each Planning District - Restrictions on Operation and Use <br /> attached and as it may be amended. When a District refers to more than one section of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code and a use thereunder is more restricted in one than the other, the <br /> more restrictive designation shall apply. When a District refers to more than one section of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code and a use thereunder is not listed or not permitted in one but is <br /> permitted or restricted in the other, the use shall be considered either permitted or restricted <br /> as it is found in the section where the use is listed. Parcels with adopted site specific permitted <br /> and conditional uses shall be restricted to the adopted list of permitted and conditional uses for <br /> that site or as subsequently amended for that site. In addition, allowed uses shall be as follows: <br /> A. OGPD, OPD, and OMPD Districts. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses as <br /> specified in the 0 (Office) District, as set forth in Section 18.44.080 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. <br /> B. CPD Districts. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses as specified in the C-C <br /> (Central Commercial) and C-F (Freeway Commercial) Districts, as set forth in Section <br /> 18.44.080 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. <br /> C. IPD Districts. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses as specified in the I-P <br /> (Industrial Park) District, as set forth in Section 18.44.080 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. <br /> D. Mixed O/I PD (MOIPD) Districts. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses as <br /> specified in the 0 (Office) District and I-P(Industrial Park) District, as set forth in Section <br /> 18.44.080 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. <br /> E. Mixed C/O/I PD (MCOIPD) Districts. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses as <br /> specified in the C-C (Central Commercial) District, C-F (Freeway Commercial) District, <br /> O (Office) District, and I-P (Industrial Park) District, as set forth in Section 18.44.080 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. <br /> F. Mixed C/O/I/R PD (MCOIRPD) Districts. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br /> as specified in the C-C (Central Commercial)District,C-F(Freeway Commercial) District, <br /> O (Office) District, and I-P (Industrial Park) District, as set forth in Section 18.44.080 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. High Density <br /> Residential uses as established through a PUD. Alternatively, all permitted and <br /> conditionally permitted uses established through the adoption of site-specific permitted <br /> and conditionally permitted uses as part of any PUD approval. <br /> G. HDR (High Density Residential) Districts. High Density Residential uses as established <br /> through a PUD. <br /> H. Public or private parks, or other recreational facilities, as they may be required as a <br /> condition of approval for a site specific PUD. <br />
