Fee; Facility Fee; University Union Fee; Health Services (instructional related activity) Fee fee; facility <br /> fee; university union fee; health services fee and ID fee. <br /> The maximum tuition and fee reimbursement an employee may receive per fiscal year shall not exceed <br /> the annual maximum levied by California State University, East Bay for the four quarter academic year <br /> beginning with the proceeding fall quarter. Employees accepted and enrolled in an undergraduate <br /> program are eligible to receive reimbursement up to the full-time equivalent for undergraduate tuition <br /> and fees at CSU East Bay. Educational Incentive Pay <br /> Effective August 11, 2018 employees who complete qualifying courses or attain the identified degrees <br /> shall receive educational incentive pay on a monthly basis as follows: <br /> Sixty(60) or more accredited college $50/month <br /> semester units-at least twenty-four(24) <br /> units must be in fire science <br /> AA/AS Degree in Fire Science $75/month <br /> BA/BS Degree $125/month <br /> The above education incentive pay is not cumulative.
