City of Pleasanton—First/Bernal Intersection—Preliminary Design 11/09/2018 <br /> 210 Stakeholder Engagement <br /> Assist CITY in presenting the project to project stakeholders at two (2) meetings. <br /> Prepare exhibits and conduct presentations at the stakeholder meetings. Gather input <br /> regarding issues which may be of special concern to residents and businesses. <br /> It is assumed that two meetings will be held with the Pleasant Hills Development HOA <br /> and the CITY Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trails Committee, respectively. <br /> 220 Preliminary Investigation <br /> Obtain and review available data and information pertinent to the project from the Cities, <br /> Counties, utilities, and other agencies. Such information may include the following: <br /> • Environmental clearance documents, regulatory permits, applications and other <br /> pertinent documents and relevant correspondence. <br /> • Conceptual or preliminary plans and construction documents prepared previously <br /> for portions of the project. <br /> • Aerial photos, topographic base sheets, master plans or record drawings of City, <br /> County and Caltrans facilities. <br /> • Record drawings of existing utility systems obtained from PG&E, AT&T, local <br /> water companies, cable TV and other utility service providers. <br /> • Survey notes, parcel maps, tract maps, records of survey, title reports and other <br /> record right-of-way documents, such as Caltrans right-of way record and <br /> monumentation maps. <br /> • Available traffic engineering studies and geotechnical and pavement design <br /> studies. <br /> 230 Record Boundary <br /> Prepare a record data base sheet of the site boundary, easements and other <br /> encumbrances of record based upon available tract maps and record of surveys. <br /> 232 Utility Investigation & Coordination <br /> Update AutoCAD base mapping to reflect utility record information from applicable utility <br /> companies. <br /> 240 Right of Way Engineering Exhibits <br /> Develop exhibits to illustrate the anticipated property required and construction <br /> easements necessary at the school on the northeast side and at the HOA on the <br /> southeast side for each alignment alternative. <br /> Update one exhibit to the reflect the layout on the 35% plans. <br />
