Preparation of Preliminary Master Plan • 5.1 Preparation of revisions, incorporating all comments to date • 5.2 Phone Meeting with City Staff for draft review of progress work to date • 5.3 Continue preparation of Master Plan Report and Preliminary Illustrative Plan • 5.4 Presentation (4)to Parks & Recreation Commission (8/8/19) of final Preliminary Illustrative Plan and Master Plan Report 6. Presentation of Master Plan • 6.1 Presentation (1)to City Council (9/20/19)of Final Master Plan (report and illustrative plan) • 6.2 Meeting at City Hall with City Staff—includes: o Review of final comments and revisions to Master Plan o Discussion of anticipated next steps (subsequent phases) • 6.3 Preparation of final revisions to Master Plan o Includes delivery of electronic version of Master Plan to City Note: Fees and scope are based on the assumptions, meeting dates, and items described in this scope, and the accompanying Project Schedule. Scope revisions,additional work, and changes in the schedule will be invoiced as additional services, at a time& materials rate, contingent upon approval by City of Pleasanton.
