Project Initiation • 1.1 Initiation Meeting with City Staff(at City of Pleasanton—10/25/18): o Review of Council comments, summary of work to date,with outline of major issues to be addressed o Determination of basic guideline for Ph II work: Master Plan shall change the previous (approved, 2014)version only as required 2. Preparation of Preliminary Schematic Plan—Parks& Recreation Commission • 2.1 Presentation(1)to Parks & Recreation Commission (1/10/19) of the 3 versions of the Pre- Schematic Plans selected by City Council (alternative plans A, B, &C presented on 10/2/18) o Assumes: Commission to choose two plans for further development • 2.2 Phone meeting with City Staff to consolidate input from Commission and City Staff • 2.3 Preparation of revisions to, and development of,two Preliminary Schematic Plans o One revised version of each of two of the three alternatives, incorporating comments from commission and staff o Receipt of digital topo survey of site is required for work to proceed • 2.4 Presentation(2)to Parks & Recreation Commission (2/14/19)of the two revised alternative Preliminary Schematic Plans o Assumes: Commission to choose one plan for further development • 2.5 Phone meeting with City Staff to consolidate input from Commission and City Staff • 2.6 Preparation of revisions to plan,to prepare Preliminary Schematic Illustrative Plan 3.
