Those allocations range <br /> from 0.8% for Hotel to 65.7% for Single Family residential development which also vary <br /> depending on project category. <br /> 3. Transportation Impact Fees <br /> New development in Pleasanton will create demand for transportation improvements on <br /> city roadways to accommodate future traffic. The Nexus Study identifies a list of <br /> improvements necessary to maintain acceptable levels of service on the circulation <br /> network. <br /> Over 111 transportation projects are identified in the Study totaling up to $270.3 million, <br /> with $153.6 million attributed to new development (see Table 2 for allocation summary). <br /> These projects were identified using the City of Pleasanton Travel Demand Model <br /> Page 5 of 16 <br />
