Attachment 1 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Agreement ("Second Amendment")is entered into this day of April, <br /> 2018 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and All City Management Services ("Consultant"). <br /> Whereas, on June 2,2015,the City and Consultant entered into a Crossing Guard Program <br /> Agreement ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,on August 1, 2017,the City and Consultant entered into the First Amendment to <br /> Agreement; and <br /> Whereas,City and Consultant wish to enter into this Second Amendment of the Agreement to <br /> extend the term until July 31,2019 and increase the hourly rate. <br /> Now,therefore,in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section II of the Agreement(Compensation)is amended to set the annual total sum for <br /> FY2018/2019 at an amount not to exceed$390,727.59, based upon an hourly rate of$19.19, <br /> as provided in Exhibit A,attached hereto. <br /> 2. Section III of the Agreement(Term)is amended to extend the term of the Agreement to July <br /> 31,2019. <br /> 3.
