Page 2 of 7 <br />Exhibits will be prepared for these meetings which will include one (1) photo -realistic rendering <br />with multiple iterations based on City comment. <br />120 Preliminary Investigation <br />Obtain and review available data and information pertinent to the project from the Cities, <br />Counties, utilities, and other agencies. Such information may include the following: <br />• Environmental clearance documents, regulatory permits, applications and other pertinent <br />documents and relevant correspondence. <br />• Conceptual or preliminary plans and construction documents prepared previously for <br />portions of the project. <br />• Aerial photos, topographic base sheets, master plans or record drawings of City and <br />County facilities. <br />• Record drawings of existing utility systems obtained from PG&E, AT&T, local water <br />companies, cable N and other utility service providers. <br />• Survey notes, parcel maps, tract maps, records of survey, title reports and other record <br />right-of-way documents. <br />• Available traffic engineering studies and geotechnical and pavement design studies. <br />131 Supplemental Survey <br />Collect supplemental field surveys of features not previously surveyed, but necessary for the <br />completion of design elements. <br />132 Utility Investigation & Coordination <br />Transmit preliminary plans to utility companies to confirm existing facilities and identify potential <br />conflicts. Coordinate utility protection requirements with applicable utility owners. <br />Perform vacuum extraction potholing at 8 locations within the parking lot assumed as 5 potholes <br />of Kinder Morgan and 3 potholes for other utilities. <br />A new water service connection for irrigation is assumed and will be coordinated with the water <br />purveyor. <br />Coordinate with PG&E for modifications to existing or new services as necessary to construct <br />the project. It is assumed that there will be one service point for the project. <br />140 Conceptual Plan <br />Prepare a Conceptual Plan depicting the proposed layout of the project with critical dimensions <br />shown. <br />
