Increased demand for water. <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and <br />has been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than- significant level: <br />Irrigation plans shall incorporate low -flow irrigation head and/or drip <br />irrigation with electric controllers set to water after 7:00 p.m. and <br />before 10:00 a.m., and proper soil preparation for landscaped areas <br />that includes a minimum of .two inches of mulch and two inches of <br />organic soil amendment, as recommended by a qualified landscape <br />architect, per MM UT -1. <br />DEIR, p. 4-38 <br />Cumulative Impacts <br />Findings Regarding Significant Impacts <br />Cumulative Aesthetics and Visual Quality impacts with the preferred project and <br />other foreseeable development. <br />Finding.
