Water Supply <br />Findings Regarding Significant impacts <br />29. Potentially significant impact on the preferred project's demand for water <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and <br />has been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than -significant level: <br />Verify water supply prior to tentative map approval. The water <br />supply verification must include documentation of historical water <br />deliveries for the previous 20 years, as well as a description of <br />reasonably foreseeable impacts of the preferred project on the <br />availability of water resources in the region, per MM WS -1.1. <br />Draft SEIR, p. 89, DEIR, p. 3.90-22 <br />Effects Found To Be Less Than Significant <br />Cultural Resources <br />Findings Regarding Impacts <br />1. Potential disturbance of unknown archaeological resources. <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and <br />has been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby ,mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than- significant level: <br />Each project developer and the Project Sponsor shall retain the <br />services of a qualified archaeological consultant having expertise in <br />California prehistoric archaeology, per MM CR -1. <br />DEIR, p. 4-33, FEIR, p. 4-12 <br />Geology, Soils, and Seismicity <br />Findings Regarding Impacts <br />2. Potential impacts from geoseismic risks and soil limitations. <br />Finding.
