26. Conflicts with adopted policies, plans, or programs supporting alternative <br />transportation <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible <br />and have been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than -significant level: <br />• Provide acceptable bicycle and pedestrian access, per MM <br />TR -9.1. <br />• Provide adequate bus and paratransit access, per MM <br />TR -9.2 <br />Draft SEIR, p. 88, DEIR, p. 3.9-43 <br />27. Potential to result in an increase in construction traffic that could impact existing <br />Pleasanton neighborhoods <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measure is feasible and <br />has been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than- significant level: <br />Develop a construction access plan to be reviewed and approved <br />by the City's Engineering Department, per MM TR -12.1. <br />Draft SEIR, p. 89, DER, p. 3.9-46 <br />28. Potential to exceed standards established by the Alameda County Congestion <br />Management Agency for designated roads or highways <br />Finding. The preferred project would result in significant conflicts with the <br />Alameda County Congestion Management Agency standards. <br />(Note that during the time that Stoneridge Drive is striped for one <br />lane of traffic in,each direction, there is no conflict with these <br />standards; the conflicts arise only when Stoneridge Drive is striped <br />for two lanes of traffic in each direction.) The City finds that the <br />following mitigation measures are feasible and have been <br />incorporated into the MMRP; however, even with implementation, <br />the impact would remain significant and unavoidable.
