Implementation of Mitigation Measures VQ -3.1 through VQ -3.4 [see <br />mitigation measures listed above for Aesthetics and Visual <br />Resources, Impact 2 - Light and Glare], which would require <br />preparation of a lighting plan for the Staples Ranch site, and would <br />reduce the potential for safety impacts from light and glare at the <br />Staples Ranch site. <br />Draft SEIR, pp. 59-60, 66-67, DEIR, p. 3-4-98 <br />Hydrology and Water Quality <br />Findings Regarding Significant Impacts <br />Potential degradation of surface water quality from runoff during construction and <br />operation of the project <br />Finding.
