12. Potential to conflict with the provisions of the City of Pleasanton tree preservation <br />policies or ordinances <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible <br />and have been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than -significant level: <br />Conduct a tree appraisal using a City -approved arborist prior <br />to consideration of all PUD development plans, per MM 610- <br />9.1. <br />Provide tree replacement and submit a proposed tree <br />preservation plan that indicates how the loss of affected <br />heritage trees shall be mitigated and how heritage trees will <br />be preserved, per MM 13I0-9.2. <br />DEIR, P. 3.3-26 <br />Hazards and Hazardous Materials <br />Findings Regarding Significant Impacts <br />Impacts relating to the accidental release of unknown hazardous materials <br />Finding.
