The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible <br />and have been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the <br />impact to a less -than -significant level: <br />• Obtain a Streambed Alteration Agreement from the CDFG <br />prior to any construction activities that may result in any <br />disturbance to stream corridors, per MM BIO -6.1. <br />• Erect exclusion fencing around the spearscale mitigation <br />area on the north bank of the Arroyo Mocho, per MM <br />BIO -6.2. <br />• Replace the vegetation within the Arroyo Mocho that is <br />removed during construction in accordance with a <br />revegetation plan to be prepared, per MM BIO -6.3. <br />Draft SEIR, p. 66, DEIR, p. 3.3-22 <br />10. Interference with the movement of native or migratory terrestrial wildlife <br />Finding.
