12. Neighborhood Park/Detention Basin Purchase, Funding, and Improvement <br />Agreement: "Neighborhood Park/Detention Basin Purchase, Funding, and <br />Improvement Agreement" shall mean the agreement between the City of <br />Pleasanton and the Surplus Property Authority of Alameda County and/or the <br />developers of the Staples Ranch Site regarding the design, construction, and <br />funding of the Staples Ranch Neighborhood Park and/or the storm water <br />detention basin in the Staples Ranch Neighborhood Park. <br />13. Pre -Development and Cooperation Agreement: "Pre -Development and <br />Cooperation Agreement" shall mean the agreement entered into between the <br />City of Livermore, County of Alameda, Surplus Property Authority of the County <br />of Alameda, City of Pleasanton, and CalMat Co., dba Vulcan Materials Company, <br />Western Division, dated September 18, 2007. <br />14. Project Developer: "Project Developer" shall be as defined and/or described in <br />the Development Agreement for the Community Park and the Community Park <br />Lease. <br />15. PSE: "PSE" shall mean public service easement. <br />16. PUD: "PUD" shall mean planned unit development. <br />17. Specific Plan: "Specific Plan" shall mean the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br />Amendment/Staples Ranch, adopted on February 24, 2009. <br />18. Staples Ranch Project Area: "Staples Ranch Project Area" shall mean the <br />approximately 169 -acre project area proposed to be annexed into the City of <br />Pleasanton as part of the Staples Ranch project, including adjacent right-of-way <br />along the Arroyo Mocho Channel, EI Charro Road, and Interstate 580 (1-580) <br />within the City's Sphere -of -Influence and Urban Growth Boundary. <br />19. Staples Ranch Site: "Staples Ranch Site" shall mean the approximately <br />124 -acre project area where the Staples Ranch planned unit developments are <br />proposed. <br />0 <br />
