EXHIBIT A <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PCUP-258, Goold Electric, Inc. <br />1040 Serpentine Lane, Suite 207 and 1032 S Serpentine Lane, Suite 109, <br />Valley Business Park <br />October 28, 2009 <br />1. The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit B (the floor plans and written narrative), dated "Received, September 24, <br />2009," on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the following <br />conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and schedule <br />may be approved by the Director of Community Development if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with the proposal. <br />2. All Conditions of Approval of PUD -80-1 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. The operation of the facility shall be limited to 7:OOam to 5:OOpm, Monday <br />through Friday. <br />4. If additional hours of operation or activities beyond what is stated in the <br />applicant's written narrative, dated "Received, September 24, 2009," on file in the <br />Planning Division, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such <br />modifications may be approved by the Director of Community Development if <br />found to be in substantial conformance with this approval. The Director of <br />Community Development may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission <br />if the proposed changes would be significant. <br />5. If the applicant wishes to relocate the use to a new address or tenant suite, the <br />applicant shall secure a new Conditional Use Permit to relocate into the building <br />or tenant suite prior to occupying the building or tenant suite. <br />6. Prior to issuance of a business license/change of location of the existing <br />business license, the applicant shall contact the Building and Safety Division, <br />Police, Fire, and County Environmental Health Departments to ensure that the <br />proposed use of the tenant space meets applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />requirements. The structure must be made to conform to all applicable <br />occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances for the proposed use. No <br />changes to the exterior of the building shall be made without prior approval from <br />the Planning Division. <br />7. The business shall comply with Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(Noise Regulations). <br />
