Resolution No. PC -2009-36 <br />Page Three <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed electrical <br />contracting company would be compatible with the existing uses in the <br />area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-258, the application of Goold Electric, Inc. for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to operate an electrical contracting company at <br />1040 Serpentine Lane, Suite 207, and 1032 Serpentine Lane, Suite 109, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
