The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The proposed use, as conditioned, would comply with applicable provisions of the <br />governing PUD and zoning ordinance. Therefore, this finding can be made. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed fitness facility <br />would be compatible with the existing uses in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-247, the application of Snap Fitness for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to operate a fitness facility at 6654 Koll Center <br />Parkway, Suite 355; subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
