Resolution No. PC -2009-24 <br />Page Three <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR-849/PCUP-242, the application of Chien -Ho Lin, <br />Welcome Market, Inc., for Design Review approval and a Conditional Use <br />Permit to modify the building facade and to operate a "99 Ranch Market" <br />at 4299 Rosewood Drive, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A-1 <br />for the Design Review approval and Exhibit A-2 for the Conditional Use <br />Permit, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
