Resolution No. PC -2009-22 <br />Page Four <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Vesting Tentative Tract Map 9687, the application of Clancy <br />Dutra, Dutra Trust, 9687, for Vesting Tentative Tract Map approval to <br />subdivide an existing lot located at 1053 Happy Valley Road into five <br />residential lots and one open space lot, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
