Resolution No. PC -2009-22 <br />Page Four <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Vesting Tentative Tract Map 9687, the application of Clancy <br />Dutra, Dutra Trust, 9687, for Vesting Tentative Tract Map approval to <br />subdivide an existing lot located at 1053 Happy Valley Road into five <br />residential lots and one open space lot, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8T" DAY OF JULY 2009 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Blank, Fox, Narum, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: <br />None. <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None. <br />RECUSED: <br />None. <br />ABSENT: <br />None. <br />S <br />onna Decker <br />Secretary to the Planning Commission <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />J lie Harryan <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />Jen ife Pearce <br />it <br />
