With the exception of the landscaping buffer south of the emergency <br />generator by the Central Plant, all perimeter landscaping, including all berm <br />landscaping and street trees shall be installed prior to the occupancy of any <br />buildings on site. <br />e. Installation of the landscape buffer along the eastern boundary line by <br />Hendrick Automotive Group's site (PUD -57) may be delayed until Phase 4 <br />of PUD construction. <br />To help ensure that an adequate landscape buffer is provided by Hendrick <br />Automotive Group's site (PUD -57), prior to the issuance of a building permit <br />the project developer shall work with the Hendrick Automotive Group and <br />enhance the proposed landscaping buffer along Hendrick Automotive <br />Group's western boundary line by funding the installation of additional trees <br />in its western landscape buffer area. The funding shall be provided for the <br />installation of 17 additional deodar cedar trees a minimum of 24 -inch box in <br />size. The cost estimate and verification of the agreement with Hendrick <br />Automotive Group shall be provided to the Principal Planner prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />The landscaping planters on the north side of the sidewalk along Stoneridge <br />Drive shall be a minimum of 15 feet in width. <br />g. Once building construction has commenced, undeveloped portions of later <br />development phases shall be hydroseeded annually with native wildflowers. <br />:f <br />
