<br />Resolution No. PC-99-65 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Section 2 . <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-99-01, the application of Mardell LLC for <br />PUD development plan approval for 12 new residential lots, one existing residential <br />lot with an existing second unit, and open space located at 4456 Foothill Road, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B." attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kameny and Maas, and Chairperson Roberts <br />Commissioner Sullivan <br />Commissioner Kumaran <br />None <br /> <br />~d1~ <br /> <br />Peggy r <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />~~~~ <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~ ;tJ' <br />.';;uA/~ii JjC <br /> <br />Larissa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />
