<br />Resolution No. PC-99-52 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building permit. The <br />window sash, casing, and sill materials shall match one another and shall be stated <br />on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />6. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the plans shall be revised to show that the <br />second floor deck above the garage is a minimum of five feet in width. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall submit a final lighting plan for the garage and dwelling above <br />the garage for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of <br />building permits. Lighting shall be directed away from adjacent residences. <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />8. Walls shall not be provided between each parking space in the garage and storage <br />cabinets shall not be installed in the garage. These conditions shall clearly be <br />called out on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />9. The two uncovered off-street parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be <br />provided beyond the ends of these two parking spaces to accommodate the <br />overhang of automobiles. <br /> <br />10. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the site plan shall be revised and the sizes <br />of the off-street parking spaces shall be clearly called out on the plans. The parking <br />spaces in the garage shall be 9 feet by 19 feet in size and the two uncovered parking <br />spaces shall be 8 feet by 16 feet in size. <br /> <br />11. The applicant shall provide automatic opening sectional roll-up garage doors <br />throughout the project, as approved by the Director of Building Inspection and <br />Planning Director. <br /> <br />Colors and Materials <br /> <br />12. The existing apartment buildings, the storage shed, the garage, and the dwelling <br />unit over the garage, shall be painted Kelly-Moore "Navajo White (# 36)" with <br />"Spanish Sand (#231)" trim, and with "Riviera (#156)" accent. <br /> <br />13. The exterior walls ofthe garage and dwelling unit above the garage shall be <br />stucco. The texture of the stucco shall match the texture of the stucco on the <br />existing two-story apartment building on site. <br />
