<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Planning commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Engineering services - city Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 7045 <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />June 18, 1999 <br /> <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements o~ the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br /> <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any <br />prior approvals which this development may have received <br />from the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br /> <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br /> <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5t unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. Grades less than 0.5t down to 0.3t shall <br />require special approval, submittal of as-built grade <br />sheet, and controlled flow testing. <br /> <br />7. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br />
