The typical section for Crosby Drive, shall be revised to show a 8 foot wide public service easement located behind the street right-of-way (both sides of the street). 2 The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share of the Presley Homes reimbursement agreements for: a 770 elevation water reservoir and pump station; and b Dublin Canyon Road Widening 3 The sanitary sewer force main shall be privately owned and maintained by the individual property owners or owner's association. The final map shall reflect this condition. The developer shall give notice to prospective owners of the private sanitary sewer force main. The exact language of the notice shall be approved by the City Attorney. 4 The applicant's engineer shall investigate the structural section of the proposed Emergency drive. If the structural section is not adequate to support the weight of the City's emergency vehicles, the structural section of the roadway shall be increase, as determined by the City Engineer. 5 The proposed storm drain outfall piping shall be revised: a. The portion outside the tree canopy shall be placed underground and be constructed of reinforce concrete pipe. b The outfall shall discharge to the centerline of the existing drainage swale. c The portion of the storm drain within the trees maybe constructed of corrugated metal pipe and laid on the surface. The pipe shall be properly anchored to the ground to prevent separation of the joints. d There shall be over land drainage release constructed of cobble stone over the top of the RCP and tied to the CMP with a inlet box.
