<br />Resolution No. PC-99-43 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Vesting Tentative Map 7045 <br /> <br />1. Development shall be substantially as shown on the Tentative Tract Map 7045, Exhibit <br />"An, dated "Received June 14, 1999" on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. Minor alterations may be approved by the Planning <br />Director if found to be in substantial compliance with this approval. <br /> <br />2. All conditions of approval for PUD-98-08 shall remain in effect and in full force and are <br />herein incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. The project shall adhere to all of the conditions of approval listed in the attached <br />"Memorandum from the City Engineer," dated June 18, 1999. <br /> <br />4. Prior to acceptance of tract improvements, the applicant shall comply with the <br />recommendations ofthe geotechnical evaluation by Terrasearch Inc., dated April 9, 1999, <br />for the existing driveway from Dublin Canyon Road to the Panganiban residence. <br /> <br />5. The applicants shall install boundary fencing between the lands to be dedicated to East <br />Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) and the remainder of the development. Said <br />fencing shall comply with EBRPD standards. A fencing plan, depicting the location and <br />design detail of said fencing shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to recordation of the final map. Prior to recordation of the final map, the <br />design guidelines shall be modified, as necessary, to address the boundary fencing. <br /> <br />6. The construction hours specified in the PUD conditions of approval shall be modified as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
