<br />18.08.035 <br /> <br />Extrasensory Religious Consulting <br /> <br />"Extrasensory religious consulting" means extrasensory consulting as part of a <br />religious ceremony or service which meets the criteria established in Section <br />6.64.070.B. (Religious Ceremonies) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and which has <br />requirements including, but not limited to, that the religious consultant have a <br />certificate of ordination as a minister and that all fees, gratuities, emoluments, and <br />profits derived shall be paid solely to or for the benefit of a bona fide church or <br />religious organization. <br /> <br />{Renumber as necessary.} <br />{Remainder of Chapter 18.08, no changes.} <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />2. Chapter 18.40 (Office District) <br /> <br />18.40.030 <br /> <br />Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />B. Extrasensory consulting provided that three or fewer consultants work <br />at anyone time, no group seances, group channelings, group hypnotisms, <br />psychic fairs, or other group readings or services are conducted, the use is <br />open only between eight 0' clock (8:00) A.M. and nine 0' clock (9:00) P.M., <br />and the applicant has obtained a permit from the Police Department. If <br />operation of the use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, <br />odor, or other factors, the Zoning Administrator may modify or add <br />conditions to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the zoning certificate for <br />the said use. <br /> <br />E. g., Churches and other religious institutions including extrasensory religious <br />consulting provided that the use is open only between eight 0' clock (8:00) <br />A.M. and nine 0' clock (9:00) P.M., and the applicant has obtained a permit <br />from the Police Department.
