Three or fewer consultants work at anyone time. <br />2. The use is open no earlier than eight 0' clock (8:00) A.M. and no later than nine 0' <br />clock (9:00) P.M. <br />3. No group seances, group channelings, group hypnotisms, psychic fairs, or other <br />group readings or services are conducted. <br />4. The applicant has obtained a permit from the Police Department. <br />5. Iflocated on the first floor ofa building in the C-C District, at least 50% of the <br />floor area of the said tenant space is dedicated to retail sales. <br />6. If located on the first floor of a building in the C-C district, the retail sales are <br />located in the front half of the tenant space, closest to the main public entrance. <br />7. Iflocated on the first floor of a building in the C-C district, the tenant space has a <br />window display with retail goods in it and a visually open store front. <br />8. If located on the first floor of a building in the C-C District, the use is open, at a <br />minimum, between eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. and five 0' clock (5:00) P.M. Monday <br />through Saturday. <br />9. If operation of the use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, <br />odor, or other such factors, the Zoning Administrator may modify or add conditions <br />to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the zoning certificate for the use. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br />RZ-98-06 <br />
