IS.OS.075 <br />IS.08.0S0 <br />18.08.085 <br />18.08.090 <br /> <br />Dwelling <br />Dwelling Unit <br />Extrasensory Consulting <br />Extrasensory Religious Consulting <br /> <br />{Renumber "Sections" as necessary.} <br /> <br />18.08.030 <br /> <br />Extrasensory Consulting: <br /> <br />"Extrasensory consulting" means and shall include any of the following diverse <br />philosophies and their associated techniques for understanding beings, events, or <br />circumstances, or forecasting of future events or trends, or furnishing of <br />information which is not otherwise obtainable by ordinary processes of knowledge, <br />but is obtained by means of any special training, or any occult or psychic power, <br />faculty or force, including but not limited to: New Age awareness; astrology; augury <br />or other divination; auras; casting dice, runes, or other objects; cards, cartomacy or <br />tarot; channeling or contacting spirits of deceased persons, animals or plants; <br />clairvoyance; crystal gazing or attuning; extra sensory perception (ESP); feng shui <br />or similar practices; fortunetelling; graphology and handwriting analysis; geomacy; <br />I Ching; magic; mind-reading or telepathy; necromancy; numerology; palmistry; <br />phrenology or face reading; psychometry; regression or past-life reading; tea leaves <br />or other such readings; talisman, charm or potion; hypnotism which is not <br />conducted by a state licensed psychiatrist, psychologist or other state licensed <br />medical doctor; or any other associated craft, art or science not licensed by the State <br />of California or regulated by any other section of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Page 1 <br />RZ-98-06 <br />
