<br />33. The haul route for construction shall be submitted for the review and approval by the <br />City Engineer prior to any work on the site. <br /> <br />34. The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed <br />civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, <br />including concrete-lined V -ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface <br />water overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer and!or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br /> <br />35. Contractors shall also be required to cleanup mud and dust carried onto the streets <br />by construction vehicles on a daily basis or as determined necessary by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />36. Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the area of a <br />dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City Engineer <br />shall be privately maintained by the property owners or through an association <br />approved by the City. <br /> <br />37. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to <br />the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if <br />deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />38. The applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit frorn the City <br />Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />39. The owner of this lot shall enter into an agreement to participate in the legal entity <br />established with the owners ofthe lots in PUD-88-16 (Lots 1,2, and 3 of Parcel Map <br />6261 and Parcel A of Parcel Map 5791) for the purposes of maintenance and repair <br />of the entire length ofthe private road, utility systems, and landscaping that serve <br />both of these developments. This length shall extend from Foothill Road to its <br />terminus at the hammerhead on this lot. Prior to the final inspection of this home, <br />the pavement integrity of the Fire Department hammerhead on this property shall be <br />deemed satisfactory by the City Engineer and Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />Urban Runoff <br /> <br />40. The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures on the <br />grading plan which shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt, and <br />debris from entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but are <br /> <br />PUD-98-1O <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />
