<br />Urban Runoff <br /> <br />98. The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain run-off <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />99. The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No <br />Dumping -- Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site <br />storm drain facilities shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: <br />immediately prior to October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be <br />required if found necessary by the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />100. Continued use of fuel dispensing area shall be subject to review and approval by <br />Fire Department. Fuel dispensing areas shall be located on concrete surfaces <br />which extend at least 8 feet from the face of the fuel dispenser and at least 4 feet <br />from the nose of the pump island. The surface must be graded and constructed to <br />prevent drainage flow across the fueling area. The fuel dispensing area shall be <br />dry-swept routinely, and dispensing equipment shall be inspected routinely for <br />proper functioning and leak prevention. The existing aboveground fuel tanks shall <br />be replaced with a convault style tank subject to the approval of the Fire Marshall. <br />The facility shall have a spill clean-up plan approved by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />101. Prior to the commencement of any clearing, grading, or excavation, the applicant <br />shall submit a copy of the State Water Resources Control Board Notice ofIntent <br />(NOI) for coverage under the State Construction Storm Water General Permit. <br /> <br />102. The applicant shall include erosion controVstorm water quality measures on the <br />final grading plan which shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt, <br />and debris from entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but <br />are not limited to, hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are <br />subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer/Director of Building <br />Inspection. Ifno grading plan is required, necessary erosion control/storm water <br />quality measures shall be shown on the site plan submitted for an on-site permit, <br />subject to the review and approval of the Director of Building Inspection. The <br />applicant is responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of and implements <br />such measures. <br /> <br />103. All cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized after completion of <br />grading, but in no case later than October IS. Hydroseeding shall be accomplished <br />before September 15 and irrigated with a temporary irrigation system to ensure <br />that the grasses are established before October 15.
