<br />88. A drainage release to Fernwood Way shall be installed at the termination of"C" <br />street. <br /> <br />89. The applicant shall install a perimeter drain along the northerly property line of the <br />development. This drain shall be connected to an approved storm drain system. <br /> <br />90. The potable water system for the development shall be modeled using the City's <br />master plan for Hillside development. <br /> <br />91. There should be no individual driveway access to Foothill Road. The final map <br />shall reflect this condition. <br /> <br />92. All fill slopes shall be graded at a maximum slope of 3: I unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />93. The stormwater runoff from each lot shall be directed to the street or an approved <br />stormwater collection system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) <br />of the 1988 Uniform Code unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and <br />City Engineer. All roof leaders shall be connected to the street gutter or other <br />means acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />94. All retaining walls along the street shall be placed behind the public service <br />easement (PSE). <br /> <br />95. There shall be individual sanitary sewer and water laterals to each dwelling unit. <br />There shall be a two way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral located at the back <br />of the PSE. <br /> <br />96. The developer shall provide bus turnouts on Foothill Road along or near the <br />frontage of the site. The design and location of the bus turnouts shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the City Engineer and Planning Director. <br /> <br />97. All proposed property grading shall be constructed above the I 00- Year flood plain. <br />The project developer shall process through FEMA a request for "Letter of Map <br />Revision" (LOMR). The project developer shall provide a conditional letter of <br />Map Revision from FEMA to the City Engineer prior to approval of the Final <br />Map.
