Exception: No permit shall be required for the repair <br />of any pump, filter, heater, or other component part, piping, <br />valves, or pool structure on which repair or replacement is <br />valued at less than One Hundred and no/100ths ($100.00) Dollars <br />for labor and material. <br /> <br /> §2-18.37 Application for Permit. <br /> <br /> Any person legally entitled under the State Contractor's <br />License Law to apply for and receive a permit shall make such <br />application on forms provided for that purpose. He shall give <br />a description of the character of the work proposed to be done <br />and the location, ownership, occupancy, and use of the premises <br />in connection therewith. <br /> <br /> Applications for permits for new construction shall be <br />accompanied by plans in duplicate, and in sufficient detail, <br />including the following: <br /> <br /> (a) A plot plan dimensioned and drawn to a scale <br />of not less than one-eighth (1/8'~) inch per foot, and showing <br />at least the following: <br /> <br />1) Property lines, easements, rights-of-way of <br />record, and overhead utilities adjacent to or over the property~ <br /> <br /> 2) Existing structures, fencing, retaining <br />wall and other relevant characteristics, including retaining <br />walls to be built; <br /> <br /> 3) The proposed pool shape, dimensioned and <br />located to show setbacks, side yards, and clearances from <br />existing structures; <br /> <br /> 4) The proposed mechanical equipment pad, <br />dimensioned and located as to setbacks and side yards; <br /> <br /> 5) All deck equipment items, if included; <br /> <br /> 6) The proposed deckwork configuration~ show- <br />ing its anticipated drainage; <br /> <br /> <br />
