<br />Resolution No. PC-98-39 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-l0-6M, the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) for Hopyard Village Shopping Center, located at the northeast comer of <br />Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue, to consider amendments to the conditions of <br />approval regarding uses, hours of parking lot gate closure, parking lot lighting, <br />landscaping, and lattice fence extensions for the 52 space eastern parking lot and <br />buildings located at 5725 and 5737 Valley Avenue.
