Prior to recordation of the final map, the developer shall submit to the Planning Director <br />for review and approval development standards for accessory structures. These standards <br />shall address such features as decks, patio covers, spas, sheds, etc. and shall limit such <br />structures in such a way as to ensure privacy to adjacent properties and adequate open <br />space in rear/side yards while allowing reasonable use of accessory structures. <br /> <br />14. Boats, campers, and trailers shall be prohibited from being parked on-site. This <br />restriction shall be disclosed to future home-owners in a manner satisfactory to the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />15. No vehicles shall be parked in the shared driveway of Parcels 2 and 3 except in <br />designated parking spaces. All vehicles must be parked in garages, in the guest parking <br />spaces, or on the street in areas designated for public parking. The guest parking space <br />located on Parcel 2 shall be for the sole use of the residents of the home on Parcel 2 or <br />their guests. The guest parking space located on Parcel 3 shall be for the sole use of the <br />residents of the home on Parcel 3 or their guests. This restriction shall be disclosed to <br />future home-owners in a manner satisfactory to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />16. Two parking spaces shall be maintained in each garage at all times and garages shall not <br />be used for storage in a manner that would interfere with the ability to park two cars <br />within the garage. the guest parking spaces shall be kept open for parking at all times. <br />These restrictions shall be disclosed to future home-owners in a manner satisfactory to <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />17. The developer shall provide all buyers with copies of the project conditions of approval. <br /> <br />18. The developer shall provide automatic opening sectional roll-up garage doors throughout <br />the project, as approved by the Director of Building Inspection and Planning Director. <br /> <br />Final/Tentative Map Requirements <br /> <br />19. The developer shall submit to the Planning Department a tentative parcel map application <br />for the subdivision ofthis approximately 15,500 square foot lot into three parcels. <br /> <br />20. Any proposed tentative parcel map shall show the proposed property line between Parcels <br />2 and 3 adjusted so that the one guest parking space for Parcel 2 is located solely and <br />entirely on Parcel 2 and the one guest parking space for Parcel 3 is located solely and <br />entirely on Parcel 3. <br />
