<br />The record grading plan is to be submitted to the Director of Building Inspection <br />before the first house final. <br /> <br />38. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots containing fill to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />39. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on com- <br />puter disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be <br />submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and <br />architectural information as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />40. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.rn. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction <br />equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />41. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />42. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor hornes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be re- <br />moved from the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />43. The project developer shall provide an on-site archaeological monitor during all <br />sub-surface grading for this development. An agreement with said monitor shall <br />be executed provided to the Planning Director and City Engineer prior to issuance <br />of a grading permit by the City engineer. If archeological materials are uncovered <br />during grading, trenching, or other on-site excavation, all work on site shall be <br />stopped and the City immediately notified. The county coroner and the Native <br />American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and procedures followed as <br />required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />44. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from exist- <br />ing residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Exhibit "B", Conditions of Approval <br />Case PUD-91-11-3M <br /> <br />April 22. 1998 <br />Page 8 of 15 <br />
