<br />2. The area where the personal wireless service facility is proposed is designated <br />as permanent open space or is designated as a Public and Institutional land use in the <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />3. The personal wireless service facility is located a minimum of three hundred <br />(300) feet away from the property lines of all of the following: <br /> <br />a. Existing or approved residences in residential or agricultural zoning districts or <br />in Planned Unit Developments with a residential or agricultural zoning designation; <br /> <br />b. Undeveloped residential or agricultural zoning districts or undeveloped Planned <br />Unit Developments with a residential or agricultural zoning designation and without an <br />approved development plan, unless designated as a Public and Institutional Land Use in <br />the General Plan; <br /> <br />c. Existing or approved public schools; <br /> <br />d. Neighborhood parks, community parks, or regional parks, as designated in the <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />C. A personal wireless service facility shall not be located within three hundred <br />(300) feet from the property lines of the uses listed in Subsection IS.l1O.050.B.3.a <br />through IS.11 0.050.B.3.d. <br /> <br />D. A personal wireless service facility shall not be located within the property <br />lines of the uses listed in Subsection IS.II 0.050.B.3.a through IS.l1 0.050.B.3.d. <br /> <br />E. A personal wireless service facility shall not be located in any district unless <br />the proposed facility is located as far away as is feasible from the property lines of the <br />uses listed above, in Subsection IS.l10.050.B.3.a through IS.l1O.050.B.3.d, as <br />determined by the Zoning Administrator, or the facility meets the criteria provided in <br />Section IS.ll 0.060. An alternate site or location shall be considered feasible if it is <br />located further away from the property lines listed in Subsection IS.11 0.050.B.3.a <br />through IS.l1 0.050.B.3.d than the proposed location, the same or a similar lease or <br />purchase agreement is available at this location as is available at the proposed location, <br />and it is structurally and technically feasible that this location can service the same or a <br />similar coverage area as proposed, while remaining in compliance with this Chapter. <br /> <br />1. Whether or not a personal wireless service facility can service the same or a <br />similar coverage area at an alternate location than proposed shall be determined by an <br />electrical engineer hired by the personal wireless service provider and licensed by the <br />State of California. <br /> <br />RZ-97-7 Page 11 <br />3/25/98 <br />RZ977 A4.samlRKE <br />
