The personal wireless service provider is responsible for proving that the same <br />or a similar lease or purchase agreement is not available at an alternative location than <br />that proposed. <br /> <br />3. Section IS.110.050.E only applies to the initial placement of personal wireless <br />service facilities. Section IS.ll 0.050.E does not apply to facilities existing or approved <br />prior to the adoption of this ordinance. <br /> <br />F. Personal wireless service facilities shall not be permitted on any site in which <br />the zoning of the site is not consistent with the land use designation ofthe site, as <br />designated in the General Plan. <br /> <br />G. Personal wireless service facilities on or above a ridgeline or at a location <br />readily visible from the I-5S0 and I-6S0 shall be prohibited unless accompanied by a <br />rigorous demonstration by the personal wireless service provider, and approved by the <br />Zoning Administrator, that there shall not be any adverse visual impact, that no other <br />sites are reasonably available, and that every effort has been made to incorporate stealth <br />techniques. <br /> <br />H. When feasible and in conformance with other provisions of this Chapter, <br />personal wireless service providers shall be encouraged to locate their personal wireless <br />service facilities on publicly owned or controlled property or right-of-way. <br /> <br />1. Amateur radio facilities are prohibited on public property in any zoning district, <br />unless the facility meets the requirements of subsection IS.11O.01O.A.2. <br /> <br />18.110.060 Co-location <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator may require a personal wireless service provider to <br />co-locate their personal wireless service facilities with other existing or proposed <br />facilities if the proposed antennas would be located at least three hundred (300) feet away <br />from the property lines listed in Subsection IS.110.050.B.3.a through IS.110.050.B.3.d; <br />if the antenna patterns at the site shall not overlap at any given point in space with more <br />than two antenna patterns existing or approved at a given site as described in Subsection <br />IS.l1 0.130.B; if the proposed antennas would comply with the provisions of this <br />Chapter; if it would be structurally and technically feasible that the co-location site can <br />service the same or a similar coverage area as proposed; and if the Zoning Administrator <br />determines that the proposed personal wireless service facilities would have less of an <br />adverse visual impact than two or more single non co-located personal wireless service <br />facilities. <br /> <br />RZ-97-7 <br />3/25/98 <br />RZ977 A4.samlRKE <br /> <br />Page 12 <br />
